I am sorry, but I just have to laugh at these Neanderthals. What nerve. I would be embarrased to sign my name to those letters too if I were her. There are people on our block who have different tastes than us, but I wouldn't have the nerve to impose my opinions on them. I wouldn't like if if someone said something negative about our taste.
On another note, why do people always seem so pissed they lost on the show, if the show is paying their bill for them? I guess it is all acting.

If she had a problem in the beginning she should have just wrong the doorbell and spoken to you directly and nicely about her concerns. You should sue her for being crazy.
